*Events before 3:00 PM are considered Day, and events after 3:00 PM are considered Night.

Terms and Conditions for Booking


This form will help us gather all the necessary information to ensure your special day is perfect.

1) Booking Confirmation

A non-refundable deposit of Rs.25000 is required to secure your booking. The booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and a signed contract.

2) Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made [number] days or more before the event date will receive a [percentage] refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.

3) Date Changes

Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested in writing. A date change fee of [amount] may apply.

4) Damage

The client is responsible for any damage to the venue or property caused by their guests, vendors, or themselves. A security deposit of [amount] will be held and returned after the event, pending a damage inspection.

5) Compliance with Laws

The client must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the event.
