Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment Booking Confirmation:

  • A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and payment of a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total venue hire fee.
  • Payment Schedule: The remaining balance is due 10 days before the event date. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
  • Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of 25000 is required to cover any damages or extra cleaning. This will be refunded within [XX] days after the event, provided no damages or additional charges are incurred.

2. Cancellation Policy Client Cancellation:

  • Cancellations made 10 days or more before the event will receive a refund of payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event will result in forfeiture of all payments.
  • Venue Cancellation: The venue reserves the right to cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, emergency repairs). In such cases, all payments will be refunded in full.

3. Venue Access Access Times:

  • Access to the venue will be granted from on the event day until. Additional hours may be arranged at an extra cost.
  • Setup and Cleanup: The client is responsible for ensuring all setup and cleanup is completed within the agreed-upon time frame. Any overrun may result in additional charges.

4. Use of the Venue Capacity:

The maximum capacity of the venue is 1000 persons. Exceeding this limit may result in termination of the event.

  • Decorations: All decorations must be approved by the venue management. The use of nails, tacks, or any items that may damage the venue is prohibited.
  • Vendors: The client may use external vendors, subject to the venue’s approval. All vendors must provide proof of insurance. Noise Restrictions: Music and noise levels must comply with local ordinances and must cease by [Time].

5. Liability and Insurance Client Liability:

  • The client is responsible for any damage to the venue or its property during the event.
  • The client agrees to cover the cost of repairs or replacements.
  • Insurance: The client is required to obtain event liability insurance and provide a copy of the policy to the venue at least 3 days before the event.

6. Alcohol and Catering Alcohol:

  • The sale and consumption of alcohol must comply with local laws. A licensed bartender is required for serving alcohol, and no alcohol may be brought onto the premises without permission.
  • Catering: All catering must be provided by approved vendors. Outside catering may be permitted with prior approval and may be subject to additional fees.

7. Force Majeure

  • The venue shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.

8. General Provisions Amendments:

  • Any amendments to this contract must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Daund Juridiction
